Stress at work can be physical or emotional reaction to the high expectations at work. According to a study conducted at Northwestern University for more than half of Americans believe that their work is "extremely stressful" and 25 percent said it was the only job stress in their lives. Although this study relates to the USA, I suppose that even in our numbers would not be much different. Too much stress can cause a host of other problems, especially health, because now is the right time to immediately begin work to simplify your business life and start living healthier and more carefree.
